No idea what kind of VPS that is..
can you give more information as to the Operating System?
Also if you're trying to use RSbot or neXus client.

Typical VPS are Linux usually Ubuntu, CentOS or Fedora... If it's any of those you can do this for nexus client: (in terminal loaction: botclient's folder)

sh install-mac-linux.sh (that'll pull up the install prompt, make sure you install the correct version for your Operating System)

sh run-linux.sh (that'll run the client, from there it's the same as windows for using it)
If you get an error saying Failed to Initiate Java VM, you need to open the run-linux.sh file with a text editing program (usually Kwrite) and change the x1000 at the top to something like x350 just to make it able to start the client.

If it's an RSBot client that you're trying to use.. I can't help sorry :\ haven't used RSBot in years.

I don't know what type of OS it is. I know it's Linux. Not much more than. I'm also trying to run the Nexus Client.

    The desktop looks like this.

I type in sh run-linux.sh to run the bot. I'm guessing this means that I have no such location in the folder.
I type in sh install-mac-linux.sh to install the bot. It says something about what is written in the "Mousepad aka Kwrite" and now I don't know what to do.

Same thing happens when I change the "100" to "350."

As always I appreciate your help, CotonPk3r :)

its severely complicated to simply teach, but here is the basic steps.

This manual is directed toward Mac users. Installation for Linux users is relatively the same with exception to a few filename differences.
    1. Download the bot client from here.
    2. Create a new folder and name it csbotclient
    3. Unzip botclient.zip to the new folder you just made on your desktop.
    4. Open the Mac Terminal by going to Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
    5. Change to your botclient folder by using the cd command (i.e. cd Desktop/csbotclient). For more help on using the Mac Terminal, check out Terminal Guide
    6. Next, in the Terminal type in sudo chmod a+x install-mac-linux.sh followed by your admin password when prompted to set the correct permissions to execute.
    7. Type ./install-mac-linux.sh . This will launch the bot installer.
    8. Select the MacOSX 64bit option for 64 bit processors or the MacOSX 32bit option for 32 bit processors. Most current Mac users will have 64 bit processors.
    9. Select the current version of the bot client you want to install.
    10. Select the SQLite Universal option.
    11. Click the Install button.
    12. The bot installer is now finished. Now type chmod a+x run.sh to set the correct permissions to execute.
    13. Now type ./run-linux.sh to start the bot client.
    14. Add your bot's auth code, and continue.

It's the same for Mac/Linux, so hopefully you can guide yourself thru it. here is my current set up.

Do you think it's better to run bots on a Mac OS? How many bots do you run at one time?

If you don't even know how to open the bot, you shouldn't be botting...

No, I will bot everyday that I don't want to legitly play the game of Runescape. And if you aren't here to provide anything useful, you shouldn't be posting...
    But nice try :)
