I engaged in a trade with the mod Tyler, during which I purchased an expensive account from him. We had a great transaction etc. until the account was recovered. All was eventually sorted out and I was refunded. I believe he investigated my IP during the account dispute and noticed I had made multiple accounts from my IP address.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I did not scam anyone so I do not think I need to fill this in? Please do correct me if I need to complete something else!

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Same as above, no scamming etc.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was banned on 7 February 2018 (I believe). I am extremely apologetic for creating multiple accounts. I believe that Tyler suggested I made more than one, but I do deny this. I certainly made an old account called Tishri which I think I just forgot the password to, or some other mishap (I genuinely do not remember). That was my only prior account though.

I certainly did break the rules by creating Tasty1. I will not create any further accounts in the future, as I believe I have the password information to Tasty1 and I also spent time attempting to gather vouches, etc. I would love this to pardoned so I can once again use Sythe freely.

Tishri was an account of mine. I believe I forgot the password and simply created Tasty1 because of this.I cannot confirm because this was a few years ago now, but I do think this was the reason.

Also, Tyler alleged I ban evaded the following account: Premonition

This was NOT me. I was 11 years old at the time, and lived in another Australian state with different computers. I am somewhat confused about this one, but have linked it regardless and for full transparency.

Premonition was originally banned for scamming I believe but the ban has been adjusted to ban evading. No report or anything though, they liked to suck ass in ban reasons before. The above scam report did pop up when I did my digging though. @Calyahz hasn't been active since 2010 despite being recently pardoned, but his ban evader account called @Effluxlul has been. I've contacted him on one of his Skype profiles that has mutual friends with me, but for now you can just refund to community repayment funds.

In 2010 I was only a young child, and I lived in an entirely different state. This premonition account was not me.

It may be my university's IP or another local place, I am not sure. I did not, and have not scammed anyone!

I have no idea about those emails you listed or how I am able to access them.

From 2010 to when Tishri and tasty were made I never accessed Sythe (that is my only appeal to suggest that premonition is not me).

Is there something further we can do to address this confusion please? Despite being a small amount, I really do not want to contact a random person of whom I did not scam, from 9 years ago, and invite them to accept $2.50?

That is unfortunate about that rule. I would even be willing to send some sort of identification or other, to suggest that I was only a young child in 2008 when this offence occurred and that I lived over 4,000 kilometres away!!

As I have said, I would never and have never scammed someone. That would be highly unconscionable. In 2008 my parents did not permit me to even have an email, etc.

While I get how frustrating this might be, the rules are there just to avoid discussion. The rules on here apply to each and everyone, there's no exceptions being made, unless proven otherwise. Words won't mean anything. Your IP's are tied and while there is a 8 year gap (@Premonition used the IP on Jan 20, 2008 - @Tishri did on Jul 31, 2016) there's nothing that'll be change here, unless you could for example provide us with proof that you did not reside at said address at the time @Premonition used the IP.

I had a look at premonitions posts, even his writing style is far different to mine.

What sort of proof would you be looking for? I recently became admitted as a lawyer so I would need to know you will keep this confidential, etc.

 

I don't ever discuss pardons (or want to) on Discord since I won't retract from my decisions made, unless being told otherwise by fellow staff members. If you can proof you didn't reside there at the time being I might think once again, but for now my decision remains until proven otherwise. Yes, the proof will be kept confidential and will be redacted before approval of the thread.

 

Could you please inform me of the IP in question? I moved houses several times and also attended different schools and universities.

If it is my university IP then I will happily send my enrolments details, etc. to you!

 

Login to your account @Tasty1 (which is possible as a DNT user - just not allowed to trade) and I'll PM it there.

 

One problem has led to another for tasty here! When I was banned I removed the authenticator application on my phone so I can no longer access the account.

I do have the password and mobile phone number.

Hello Tasty1, unfortunately, this report will stick as we have no way to verify that this is not you. The city/town for IPs is sometimes different depending on where the tower is for your ISP.

Once this has been repaid this pardon can move forward, please let me know once this has been done.

 

It is far too difficult to communicate like this. It is days in between your replies.

The report will have to remain then because I refuse to pay to the "community funds" for something I did not do.

The burden is absolutely disgraceful. When posting for 2FA removal it is assumed NOT to be me. When posting for a parson it is assumed to be me. Do you see a huge issue with this?

Furthermore, I explained the situation quite clearly. I was a young child when that account was created and even lived in a different STATE.

I have provided my identification to the 2FA team which indicates my age and how absurd it would be to suggest I developed a scam, all those years ago.

I really want to use this site. There must be a way that involves some logic and conversation?
