talon disputing dnt for ddos

hi friends, i would like to dispute my dnt for ddosing lame, str8 dank and a few others. it was a stupid thing for me to do and i havent used any kind of booter since then. i don't think im a threat to the community because i have no history of scamming or anything related. i used to be a trusted member of this site and now i feel like my name has been tarnished due to my stupid mistake. i am very sorry and i hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

Wait didn't you scam awhile back though?? With like a maxed main recovery or something.

 

I am not sure about this, but Talon's current DNT has nothing to do with a scam.

Then pardoned, just wanted to get that there cause something did happen in the past.

Anyways i support the un DNT.

 

I asked Talon to post this thread in the first place due to the change in how we are handling "blackhat" offenses.

I and TTB led the initial report against him upon believing he may have ddosed someone staking; however, this came up flat, but he still had a booter and kicked a few Sythe members offline (friends mainly). With this, I hardly think it was blackhat (more like fuck-around hat) and I do not think he is a danger to the community. He passed his pardon w/o a problem on the behest of staff, but we felt a DNT should be given due as some form of punishment (it was a perm-bannable offence after all). It has now been months without any issue and with the change of rules (may not have been a DNT or perm ban in the first place), I have no problem removing this DNT.

 

I support the removal of his DNT as well.

 

Spoke with Richard, your DNT will be replaced with a TWC which you can dispute in 1 month.
