    Why you think they are ban evading:     There are an insane amount of IP matches on his audit with many banned accounts. This is not what made me suspicious though, obviously.
    The user offered to fill in a service I am looking for, and with me telling him I shall pay him less than a trusted member, and will not pay first as he is a newcomer and extremely untrusted, he said this:
