Maybe. Originally I did point out to TC when the RSPS stuff first started that I'd be useful when it comes to this but my message got ignored and I didn't bother chase it up. If they didn't consider my knowledge useful then either they already had it, were ignorant to the uses or didn't value it as worthwhile.

There probably are a few but there won't be many. The information & snippets of code are already out there but the RSPS community tends to shit on anything new because they see it as re-inventing the wheel. The only time that doesn't happen is when they're already respected in the community, but most who emulate things correctly aren't.

I have my own commitments and I didn't feel like investing my own time in something I didn't see as worthwhile. A few months back someone gave me access to meme about how bad a state it was in and I didn't see potential in the direction it was heading then. I haven't seen anything new about the project until now.

I fail to see how anything except my initial post was negative; I didn't see potential at the time because it was in an awful state where almost nothing worked properly and even something as simple as killing rock crabs was painfully buggy. I wasn't the one meme'ing about it lol

 

Constructive criticism & explanations don't need to be sugarcoated because it might upset someone. They can take the content of the post and use it to fix whatever they see worthwhile regardless of the surrounding context.

View it as you will but I'd rather be productive than make friends.

While I'm aware of the pathfinding and it being a big issue for the server, I'm currently working on it. Some stuff seems to be clogging up the walking process.

However, most of the stuff your list has is animations, if i played runescape a lot and knew what the correct animations were i would have changed them in a minute. That's how long it takes. But that's the point of the beta.

 

If you need animation ID's let me know what you need and I can get them for you I also wrote a script to dump gfx id's which I released on Rune-Server if that's something that would be of help to you.

 

Thanks, I have all the animation ID's from rune server. Might have grabbed them from your gfx dump lol. You should help us with the rsps if you ever have time.
