Sythe.org DJ's denied. Why?

I want as much feedback as I can get.
And personally, I would listen to it as long as I was on the forums. I love learning about peoples interests in music, it helps you get to know them personally, and what their interests are.

EDIT: So those who love to chat get an IRC Lounge/chat room + a topic on the forums? And those of us who love music just get the forums?

It's always been a dream of mine to DJ, and make my own mixes, as I'm sure it has been for others...

So those of you who are saying, "It's already been denied...", well no shit, hence I brought this thread up. I was just curios as to why, and want Staff to re-consider, if they don't then oh well, I did my best and I tried, but I am still gonna try regardless of what you guys say.

Also please note: I have been here since MAY of 2005, I know the forums alot better than most, although I don't post much, as well as most staff probably don't know me BECAUSE I don't post every time I'm on. It doesn't mean I don't know alot more than others. I have read more threads than most, and know staff and some members alot better than they think I do, because I read more than I right.

Anyways... I feel I have made my point for now.

EDIT: About the "poor judgment" in music.... expand your musical library pl0x?! Don't judge what you don't completely understand, for example, If you only listen to rock,then don't bag on rap, cuz you don't listen to it, so you don't understand it, so DON'T JUDGE IT!

Dude, a DJ is someone who... KEYWORD: Broadcasts... music, whether it's their own or not. Most DJ's have their own mixes of course, but that's not what makes them a DJ. A "disc jockey" is basically someone who changes disc's and broadcasts them, or nowadays, plays different MP3's or music files and BROADCASTS them...
There ya' go.

 

Expand my range of music huh? Well I have said this so many times I am starting to get tired of it. I have listened to everything and I assuredly have one of the biggest music collections if not the biggest of all the sythe members. I know what sounds good and what doesn't I also know what takes talent and what doesn't. apparently you don't as many others do not as well.

Sythe would be impossible to do so because A positions for the dj's would be to numerous.

plug ins would simply be too much on sythe as in the day time it already is laggy

Sythe would also need to have people to control the things played on the "stations"

on top of this the people who give 2 shits about what other people think is good music is slim in numbers.

and the poor taste most people have in music would make even fewer come. as others have stated if you want to dj open your itunes etc. and play your music.

My friend, don't remember his Sythe username... Has almost 450GB of music... Yes, Four Hundred Fifty Giga Byte's. :S
And I know for a fact you haven't listened to 1/100th of the music that's out there... Nobody has heard everything buddy, and as much as these words will hurt, NOT EVEN YOU. :O
As for "poor taste in music" ummm, if you HAD heard everything, even if you disagreed with the taste people have for certain genre's, you would have somewhat of a respect for it. (Unless something crawled up your ass and pitched a tent!)

I have a 30g ipod completely full of music along with a 80 g hdrive almost full of music. and then the countless albums I have.


450 gb is clearly a lie, even if you do what I do and download every song you can find you can't have that many songs, maybe if they are music video's included then yeah I can believe it but until proof is represented you're full of shit.

I never said I have heard every single song, but I guarantee I have heard every single genre\sub genre etc.

Just because I have listened to many many bands and many many many songs does not mean I can respect them There are many many bands that are simply atrocious, they have ignorant lyrics and or horrible instrumentals. if you think if you listen to a lot of music you have to respect all bands then you're a idiot who knows nothing about music.
