RSUltimate would happily host this. We can have a "backup" supplied as FireZ mentioned and the donation idea is great.

Maybe allow people to enter anything from 1M-10M and give them a payout based on what they entered. (1M would be 1/10 of winning amount, divided by 2, rest goes to Sythe as donation) Maybe the donation could be drawn for two, and however many spots available get $5 donor.

 

My clan does this, would be nice to see it on a forum with 300+ active people, haha.

 

def support this, and 1mil per ticket would be fair, maybe more who knows, maybe there should be different "tiers" of the lottery, for ppl that dont have as much gold to spare, and those who have 10 of mils just saying

 

Well, tickets can just be 1m, and rich people can buy more than one.

Anyways, if the jackpot is 100m, and someone won, 50m would go to them, 50m to Sythe. But maybe give the user the option to get 50m, or a donation rank equivalent to the amount of money.

I'd be willing to keep half of all the jackpot, sell it on Sythe, and send the money to Matthew (or whoever is in charge of this stuff). I'd also love to host it. I am willing to give my personal information to the administration team so that they know I won't just run with it. I'd send pictures of birth certificate, drivers license, medicare card, tricare card, military ID, give them my phone numbers, my address. Whatever to ensure that this can go smooth.

It would have to be a member of staff that ran it, no one would feel comfortable with just an ordinary user running it.

I agree it would be fun, I tried to get something similair done awhile back, but I don't understand why people are saying it would be a huge trust issue?? People trust other people on here to go first on deals WAY bigger than this. I mean an entry fee of a few mil, thats less than $2-$3.....who wouldn't trust a decently trusted member with $2? lol

 

I have spoken with Matthew about this and will be implementing a lottery starting this week.
