Although I do not use IRC, I'm sure this will be a great addition for anyone who wants to better their community relations

 

No for me, rather use msn for trading =).

 

Once this is set up, it'll be the safest way to trade, logs are recorded by the server (which any staff can/will be able to be accessed), you cant have imposters, and MMing will be so easy.

But yeah, enjoy your flawed, Fakeable MSN trading

 

Hmm, I don't remember reading anywhere that it was logged, but if it is, shouldn't users be told on connect?
I can see there being issues where users send "private" pm's etc without realizing that they can be read. Not to mention if people are stupid enough to send CC details etc.
If it's logged, IMO, it should be VERY explicit about it.

On a related note, if it IS logged, I feel sorry for Verts XD.

Then I log in but it just says the same thing

Yup, we've had people connect with Swiftkit. You just need to change the server name to 'irc.sythe.org'

 

Lol I'll keep my shenanigans to MSN.
