[Sythe]Disputing a TWC

I have a twc, I have no clue what so ever to why, I've got 2 scammed banned now, I have been a member for quite a while, I don't know why I've been twced, although some idiot keeps on spamming me with some chat history on Skype, sayin I'm not going first to you, he offers a mm, and as I don't want to pay fees he calls me a scammer and posts in my thread, can a staff member please explain in full why I have been twced. I am sorry if I have done anything, but I haven't scammed.
I have been changing ips to vote on servers, as I am logged on to Sythe at the same time I forget to turn off the VPN, sorry about this.

Thanks bro, also sometimes when people from here call me from Skype they can grab my ip and ddos me, so I sometimes use VPN`s for voting and Skype. I`d do anything to remove it, can someone verify my guide? I`ve pmed over 5 ovgs about 4 days ago, and like 3 staff members with no reply since.
