Swaze 2 factor issue

Alright, so I was trying to make my account more secure by using the two factor authentication option. Once I tried testing it by logging off, I realized I didn't save my QR code. Basically I locked myself out of my account. Stupid mistake of my part.

My username is 'Swaze' and I created another account to ask for help. I have PM'ed multiple staff and most said it's unlikely to recover my account as I'm not a SVU.

I find it unfair that I can't recover my account. I know it's my fault, but isn't there something I can do?


My IP address is the same. I have the password and email. I'm sure some of the people here can confirm I'm Swaze on Skype. Even if I were trying to steal the account Swaze, why would I? There's no reason for anyone to want that account.

If you look at the account Swaze profile, it says last activity: Today 08:43 PM (11/3/2014 10:50 PM). I have been actively using that account since october, I can guarantee you no one will logon that account anymore because it's mine and I locked myself out of the account.

Sorry for the long post, but I would really like my account back.
