I haven't been able to use my Sythe account for a while and firstly I couldn't be bothered with it because I quit Runescape. Recently I'm playing the game again and would like to gain access to my account again. A long time ago I put 2 factor on my account using the duomobile application on my android phone. Somewhere in 2014 I've put another rom on my phone that caused me to lose all my current installed applications and more. The duomobile application wasn't synched with my gmail account like I thought it would be so I lost all my authenticator settings. After that moment I couldn't access my Sythe account anymore. I have talked with Zuzel111 about this over Skype somewhere in 2014 and he asked me if I was sythe verified user and I told him I'm not so he suggested me to make a new account. I told him I could provide information about the last PM's I made over sythe and so on. I asked him for Roary his skype username because he and video were involved in a transaction that video refunded me over paypal in a case that happend a long time ago. I checked once in a while if Roary was online on Skype but couldn't seem to find him online so after a while I gave up and couldn't be bothered about it anymore because I quit the game. Today I decided to use my skype account again because I'm playing Runescape again. Noticed that Video was online and asked him what I must do to get access to my account again and he told me to post an account recovery dispute.
