Suggestion: Introduce a Transparent Staff Bribery System

After years of backdoor dealings and Discord DMs mysteriously disappearing, I propose we take the honest route and finally legalise bribery on Sythe — but do it transparently.

By bringing bribery into the light, we reduce corruption by monetising it. It's simple economics.

How it would work:

• ✅ Bribe Menu:
  Each staff member gets a public "Bribe Menu" listing their current rates.
  
  Example:
  • Thread Move – 5M
  • Name Change – 25M
  • "Accidental" Infraction Deletion – 50M
  • Scan Quashing – negotiable, depends who you scanned
  
  
• ✅ Bribe Ledger:
  All bribes would be logged in a public Sythe Transparency Portal so users can track what shady deals they can't afford.
  
  
• ✅ Bribe-to-Mod Pipeline:
  Users who consistently bribe fairly and on-time may be considered for staff roles.
  (“He bought 3 infractions and still didn’t dispute — this man has integrity.”)
  
  
• ✅ "Community Matching" System:
  Other users can match bribes to override them, turning every staff decision into an exciting bidding war.
  
  “User A offered 25M to get DNT removed. User B offered 40M to keep them DNT. Justice has been served.”

Safeguards:

• Bribes cannot be refunded.
  
  
• A minimum donation amount is required to unlock the bribe perk. This ensures @Sythe also gets his fair share.
  
  
• All staff bribes must be sent via middleman to avoid staff having direct access to gold. Keeps their hands clean.
  
  
• Attempting to bribe without sufficient GP results in a humiliation title:
  
  “Tried to Bribe, Couldn't Afford It”

Let’s stop pretending staff don’t get offered GP and start pretending it’s ethical.
