We all have said it before trying to get firecape. It's just something that comes with either experience or luck. Let me take the luck out of it for you. I can get you that cape for whatever purpose you want to use it for. Some will use it to player kill and get that extra little edge, others will just show off with it. Hey, my name is Angel, I have been playing runescape for 5 years. I am currently doing graphics and learning computer languages. I've had numerous Runescape accounts, 2 of which I've obtained a fire cape on. I can do fire cape for your account, if you meet the requirements and can pay the fee. Like all my shops, I'm not going to charge a ridiculus fee like rs gold farms. Every one I have seen charge 10$ or more, but, mine, not only is it cheaper, but you have the option of paying in RSGP.

Payment
The customer will have to make first payment, unless paying by runescape gold. If the you choose to pay by runescape gold, I will take the gold upon logging and procceed with the service. You will not be able to log in during the time period given. Please see section "logging" below for more information.
Account Details
Account details will be retrieved over either, email, or instant message. Do not give any information publicly, or were others can view them. See section "Imposters/Scamming" for more information.
Logging
You are not aloud to log in within the time period given to you. If you do log in and die, you will not be refunded, and you will have to place another order for a new firecape.
Cancelation
You cannot cancel a service already taking place. If you request a refund it will need to be before the service has started, for no money (or gold) will be refunded after the service has initiated.
Failure
If by some act of god, I fail to obtain a firecape for your account, you can do the following: ask for a refund, allow me to try again, request a postpone.
Imposters/Scammers
I am not responsible for you being scammed by an imposter. To avoid being scamemd, only do deal with me over msn ( [email protected], and [email protected]), on Powerbot (PoppaSmurf), on Runelocus (Angel`), or on Sythe (Angel`).
Black Marks
I am not at all responsible for any mutes, or bans on your runescape account. If your account is banned, it will not be because of me, for I will not engage in any outside activities on your account. In the case of your account being banned, service will be terminated, and you will be refunded your money or runescape gold.
