By purchasing a firecape from me, you agree to the following:

Payment
The customer will have to make first payment, unless paying through a middleman. If the customer chooses to pay through a middleman, all middleman charges will be paid by the customer. Once paid, the customer will not be allowed to log in during the time period given. Please see section "logging" below for more information.

Account Details
Account details will be retrieved over either, email, or instant message. Do not give any information publicly, or were others can view them. See section "Imposters/Scamming" for more information.

Logging
The customer is not aloud to log in within the time period given to you. If the customer does log in and dies the customer will not be refunded, and must place another order for a new firecape.

Cancelation
The customer cannot cancel a service already taking place. If a refund is requested it will need to be before the service has started, for no money (or gold) will be refunded after the service has initiated.

Failure
If by some act of god, I fail to obtain a firecape for your account, the customer can do the following: ask for a refund, allow me to try again (at my expense), request a postpone date for a later trial at firecape.

Imposters/Scammers
I am not responsible for the customer being scammed by an imposter. To avoid being scammed, only do deal with me over msn ( [email protected]) or private messaging.

Black Marks
I am not at all responsible for any mutes, or bans on your runescape account. If the customer's account is banned, it will not be because of me, for I will not engage in any outside activities on your account. In the case of a customer's account being banned, service will be terminated, and the customer will be refunded their money or runescape gold.
