    So after getting my account hijacked on august 21st and submitting a ticket soon after i got a reply from steam support TODAY (2 months later) and they gave me my account back after saying "they can confirm it was compromised". the hacker took my knife, though. however, steam said in the ticket to take a picture of the stolen items in my trade history and reply back, which i did. do i have to wait another 2 months for my stuff?

    Probably, I sent steam a ticket and it took them like 3 weeks to reply even though it was just a wallet error

    Yeah. I locked my account about 2 months ago, went to unlock it last month, still waiting on a reply. It's brutal.
