Use a Saradomin sword at Ghouls , its like 50k-60k xp an hour there.

depends a lot maybe on the quests you have but that is not hard to get, maybe at zombies, yaks or even ghouls with a SS

I would do ghouls, for some effigy's too, and some charms if u ever decide to train summoning.

I'd train at Soul Wars to be honest...The most XP for the least effort.
