Staff Needed - RSAutoSwitcher Staff Application

Hello everyone!

I am sure you have heard of RSAutoSwitcher by now... Well I am looking for more staff to come in and join our project. We have a lot of things on our agenda but I am finding little time to get to some of the stuff I want to do. In the time that I am away it would be nice to have another person on board helping push RAS as much as I push it.

I could honestly care less if you are the best programmer in the world. Trust is everything to me. I put integrity and honesty in everything I do. I want to know that I can trust whoever I give this spot too.

As of right now me and Root are in a binding contract sharing ownership of the business.

Viral: 51%
Root: 49%

We can discuss profits privately if you wanna see numbers.

We are both willing to give share ownership to someone upon the building of trust in developing. We would ask for a period of time of no contract signing to build that if being approved for the staffing position. We can also pay a wage if someone was just interested in that.
