Staff Evaluation

I wasn't just judging on how much they post, but if you don't think that is relevent then you're incorrect. Matt needs to be more active to the general public as he is suppose to be taking donations off the sythe community. Believe it or not there are heaps of people that want to donate, half of them don't want to use that stupid donation center that he made, most members actually want to talk face to face and do it that way, then get their ranks. Members shouldn't have to be posting 3-4 threads every couple of months asking for Matt to donate to sythe.....

 

Myself...for mod, fixes inactivity.

 

I've been waiting for him to take my donation for 5 weeks now. Its starting to tick me off.

OMFG Love you Nathan, I mean you said everything I wanted to say and I was dam near posting it. This is pretty straight on and needs to have Sythe or Steph look at this. I totally agree with the dispute forum some of these people are just saying, stuff like, To bad you clicked the gay goat porn link. Or something like that I mean come on....Be mature these kids got banned just ban them and thats it don't fucking harass them, yeah they did wrong but still have some respect enough to just say "No, (Give reason)" or "Yes welcome back."

Yeah I tried this once with I think it was you or some one else who suggested it and then got pissed because they had 20 pms....I mean they said so and to be honest thats how many slip through the cracks plus 20 more.

I know you were talking to Nathan about it but if you dont mind I will too or help in any other way that wont annoy you.

Bottom line is YES SYTHE NEEDS THESE PEOPLE but I think they could use a little help or just try harder. I am in no way trying to make you guys mad because I know it would be impossible to run this site without you but some people need to help more.

O well I think there should almost be something like a spam watchers thing.
And would you mind if I did? Not for dumb obvious things and flood your pms but things like I get dumb kids talking shit to me on pms about sythe or saying there going to say I am a scammer if I don't give them money and gay stuff like that or advertisements.

EDIT: Regarding your post (since you were the first one to post lol) Hrm yeah i wouldn't see a problem with that, except normal members cannot post on scammer section

 

Just pointing out that unless you are an administrator, or even a global moderator, you can't even really see what most of the mods do.

 

So, very, very true.

 

Nick, incorrect, we can see what the general staff do, as a public figure. We see which reports do not get done, which sections are failing as a result of out of date stickies and dispute forums that go unanswered or spammed by staff which unhelpful comments.

It would be better to not have these sections, than saying, oh yeah we do alot.... in the staff lounge.......... -.-

I don't see what's wrong with making fun of people who are banned. It's like the Spam Forum except staff only once the disputes have been answered.

 

The staff that I see active are Town/Pen/SMR/Shredder/Clashfan/Josh/Cheeter(He's new so not sure)

Not sure about GFX mods.

 

You are truly right nathan. It is not of the mod/admin's side of view, it is from the public's view of things.

Hey, you obviously know im a "noob" in your perspective, but I DO try to help out whenever i can, like when someone wants to know how much their account is worth, or if people don't understand something, I try to help them.

Tbh we should force dorito to do the whole scammer section.

I agree with most positive points, and with only one negative the scammer sections. I also think that sincve shredder went global the SFA is full of spam

Just kidding but yeah I think the overall goal of mods is to keep the forums clean and some of the other things should be with admins and whether or not the site does something or anything should be up to sythe himself.
