SRR - Offsite Offenses(Recreated)

Close, but no. The one year statue will be in effect. Anyone caught trying to join before the one year w/ past misconduct will be banned. After the year though, those users will be required to admit to any and all misdoings prior to (or immediately following, for that matter) them joining sythe, as a show of good faith and character reform. They would be admitting to their past, but will not be banned nor punished for it. Simply, it's so we know who they are, and what they've done. As far as how back they have to go, I'm unsure of that as of yet.

Current users who have any misconduct within this timeframe will also be required to admit to it, again, without punishment. However, if we come to find out that they have past offenses committed, but have not admitted to it, will be punished for trying to cover up past offenses.

 

This. But people who got banned on other sites for scamming and join sythe should let the staff know and will receive a TwC for a limited time (1 year?). If they don't tell the staff than they will have to wait 1 year banned.

 

I voted for completely removal, but on these conditions;
If you scam you should be banned. Because the scamming part is unacceptable, if it could be "Scamming offsite" Instead of "Offsite offences"
