Oh I didn't see that this was the post I saw. Yes it did work, I was afraid of doing it at first though, I thought that editing my registry was bad

Yeh it didnt work for me said " Unable to find "GPEDIT.MSC" " so I quit =)

oh Well I sped up my firefox it pwns XD I will try it on my vista later.

 

It worked. My internet is over 20% faster, It is currently around 45% faster. :O
