Instructions:
1) Start-> Run-> type gpedit.msc ( You will see Local Computer Policy)
2) Expand the Administrative Templates branch
3) Expand the Network tab.
4) Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler
5) click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth
6) Check enabled
7) Change Bandwidth limit % to 0 %

So I guess the 0 for bandwidth limit means unlimited right? well good advice. It seems your good at it =p.
And as Daily500 says..it seems important for him the security updates but to me it seems like it has no use but it increases your pc security and its a fact you can't deny =(

This is retarded, as Daily500 said, It disables windows updates. SOME of those are important.

 

install them manually jees, it still makes it faster

The windows update thing sucks anyways. Its best to disable it if you got a bootleg copy.

One time i was running a critical update for some software and then all of a sudden the little windows update pops up and tells me 4 more minutes till shut down, what a piece of crap lol.

 

I dont have a legal version of windows anyway.
