Someone to talk with... really depressed

Hello Sythe users, recently alot of stuff happened which i dont want to leak on here, but i really need someone who is nice and can listen to me and give me advice, sorry if its a big question but if someone maybe wants to talk and help me abit get over this depression pls tell me, really dont wanna keep this life again...

 

From you're profile pic I guess you smoke weed.

It's not for everybody. I can only smoke it rarely without mental side effects

Instead of feeling weak and helpless analyse your lifestyle instead of looking at depression as the cause to everything.

If you aren't tidy, don't eat clean, do drugs and eat junk food, then it can lead to depressive thoughts.

Do you exercise?

It's very hard to give advice without knowing what your lifestyle is like

 

Nothing to do with weed, i never use drugs/drink/smoke anything, my lifestyle is staying 24-7 home playing minecraft runescape and now being on sythe failing school and more i lik to keep private thanks for the tips btw

and no i dont excercise, i aint fat though in my opinion

 

I'm sorry you are going through a tough time, I see you have posted you're staying inside a lot.

Try to moderate your game time, it sounds like youre having a lack of stimulation from being inside a lot.

Focus on your school work, too. you mentioned that you are failing that could be adding to your stress. Ask your peers for help and make new friends. Video games should come last or they are putting your life second in priority.

The sun has vitamin D and can reduce depression. If you feel down go outside and take a 20 minute walk and clear your head.

It's easy to get caught up in trying to improve your status online but remember what matters.

Thing is the biggest problem is going outside etc is something i cant just 123 easily do but i cant say alot hre, ill pm u more about it
