    sold 07scape account, scammer disputed it
    he even sent as gift with the note saying this is for a virtual item i have already recieved. what do I do? I already transfered the money to my bank account, can paypal charge it?

    What?
    Paypal will hold your account at a negative balance if he wins the charge back. NOTES DO NOT MATTER. They will, after a period of time, begin to call you and try to get there money back. Its best to just pay it now mate. If you do not pay it back within a certain amount of time they forward you to the collections agency who will call/email/mail or even show up at your door looking for the money. Just pay it back and only buy from trusted members.

    Yeah, unfortunately for you, PayPal is a little bit stricter about people breaking its terms of use than RuneScape is... if you have a negative balance, you should zero it out immediately. You can try calling them and explaining your situation, but they don't support the sale of virtual goods. You're most likely out $95 + fees.
