So, Someone Scammed Me, What Now?

It wasn't through this site, so the RAS isn't really neccessary, what I want know is, what actions should I take next?

We had a successful transaction of 72$ yesterday for RSGP, and then an unsuccessful transaction of 60$ today.

I paid through paypal with gift option and the "I am paying for a virtual item I have already received" comment.

Now, this was all through my credit card funded, unverified paypal account.

What does anyone suggest I do now?

Call up your cc company and tell them it's fraud or something, or call Paypal and tell them you were scammed.

Would calling my CC company be harmful to my credit?

Is 1 option more likely to succeed than the other?

From what I've heard, if you have an unregistered paypal and you use a credit card on it, you'll more than likely get your money back,. And I doubt it'd do anything to your credit.

Uhm, calling Paypal is the better option, 90% chance of getting it back. Tell them it was a scam of some sort, they'll believe your side.

Alright is it best to do this asap? or wait a bit?

The payment was made 5 hours ago, and I recently found a youtube account through his email/google and said I'd rather not call my CC company and ultimatley chargeback the 132$ causing me to steal his 120m. (I also said this shortly after the trade when I added him from another msn, to which he blocked me again)

But this is what he had to say:

His PP is verified, Should I act Immediately?

Called taypal, and they basically said they can't do anything, so I suggested I go through my CC company and they said it would be my best option. Paypal's toll free number is 1-888-221-1161 if anyone's having difficulties finding it. (they dont even post it their site) (also, say agent to speak with a real person)
