    You accepted that risk. You can spend some time clicking through the osrs market to find a single provider that does not include that in their tos. If you are unfamiliar I suggest you take 10 mins and attempt to join servers and see their tos setup and content

    In your dreams buddy if it was a small order or something sure they original owner could have done it you had the account for 4 months you and only you are to blame.

    Started order on ???? date, best guess 2 months before 26 Aug = 26 June
    Paid Snorlax for 1-99 - only finished 1-90 and agreed to make another deal because the runecrafting was taking to long. Moved the 'funds' from the 90-99 rc to a tempoross order (not specified what that entails.)
    After order was complete op claims; snorlax / worker cleaned the bank of:
    - Loot from 1-90 RC
    - 5k Marks of Grace
    - Loot from 1-99 Mining
    Snorlax assumed responsibility by default as they had worked out a deal to comp op for the lost items. (Unsure if he did this out of good will, or because he figured his worker had actually stolen the items).
    Snorlax presumably agreed to provide the following:
    - 90-99 RC
    - 1-87 thieving
    - all skilling outfits
    - 1k MOG's
    Account ended up getting macro ban, OP wants to stop the order.
    OP wants a full refund for the entire order; 800m (is this including value of the bank?, bonds?)

    i paid extra for the tempoross order as he was doing the 90 - 99 xp wise on my main wich also took extremely long by the way

    but beside that yeah you are on the money. And i think some sort off compensation is needed for the ban.

    OP wants a full refund for the entire order; 800m (is this including value of the bank?, bonds?)

    800m is the full amount payed for the initial 99 runecrafting + tempoross 150$ runecrafting + 300m for tempoross

    I do not seen any glaringly missing items from this timeline.

    (I do not know if OP wants to actually stop the order? He said he would get back to me, but instead made this report. Do not know how/if he wants to continue it. I assume from the making of this report he does not, but never gave me a concrete answer. Last thing I heard after offering to continue - "I need to think this one over tbh ill let you know asap", then woke up to this report)

    I'll add once again that the ban was a false positive and he agreed in my TOS that he agrees that I am not liable. Being held responsible for this double seems unfair as the order is 95% complete, especially when the account is still in his possession, may be able to quash the ban, and the RC xp on his main is still there and that was not banned or infracted in any way. My current offer 1) finishes the EXACT order we agreed on and 2) easily reimburses him for all bonds he has EVER put on the accounts + more.

    I further add that I totally feel responsible for the time, since my workers were slow, and am totally upfront and willing to pay what seems fair for that. I will also note I totally already took multiple steps PRIOR to this report to not let this happen to anyone else (removal of bumper on thread, not taking new orders, removal of services from my signature/footer). I literally offered those in my server with slower progress the option to buy out, get a diff server to complete it, or resume as normal. I have tried my hardest to not stress out any more people with offering services and have not taken a new order since around Oct 15 despite many requests.

    Normally, I wouldn't say that one would owe someone more after another deal was already agreed upon between two parties. Though, I'm sure you're aware that we 'x' multiply the items value when they are lost from ironman accounts. As you've mentioned to me that you've read up on various reports and know the outcomes. I didn't see anywhere in your tos stating who would take responsibility/ warning the customer to remove any wealth. Reading the ticket I see that you didn't mention what would happen if the wealth was lost- but I do see the customer asking not to let someone drop his 100m+ bank wealth. In the ticket, your worker shows a bank pic to show progress of loot- showing the 100m+ wealth. We would have 'multiplied' the wealth to an extent for the account being an ironman. In MoG's alone its about 800m-1bil, (5k MoG x 175-200k ech), not to mention the 1-99 MLM loot, and 1-90 RC loot. I do hope you've learned from this report, I know you tried to do everything in lines with our rules, but you have to take more caution when dipping into RS services, it's a little more complex than scripts. From what I can tell from the ticket- you switched workers multiple times on the order which puts the account at risk due to the constant swapping, not to mention it allows more people to point fingers when the wealth did end up going missing. In one screen shot that a worker provided, it shows the 100m bank, and later on a worker takes another screen shot showing 300k, but no-one realized until the customer logged in. So personally, I believe it happened during a worker swap, but no one will really know. In all honesty it would be well over 2-3b for everything. But because the OP was being nice with you, i'm only going to ask that you pay for what he's asking for, which is the 800m. Sorry this took so long to come out with a resolution but I had to piece together what happened and the best course of action while reading a ticket that started on the 5th of July. Please make sure you take ss's of the trade and let me know when it's done. I won't be twcing you, though do know it was definitely on the table due to the risk you could have put your customers through- i won't highlight them all here as we've already discussed it privately. But most importantly, you should be hiring your own workers and not letting some 'manager' find the workers for you as the orders come.
