Smuggled dungeoneering items

I still have a corpsethorn staff sitting in my bank from back when smuggling was possible. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to use it or if there is currently any way to transfer it between accounts.

 

I recently lost my key while trying to drop trade it in the wilderness. I don't know if there are any unpatched methods.

 

I have a tele-orb and bandages from FOG sitting in my bank. If I take them out I'm not able to put them back. So I'd be careful if i were you.
