As a few people have said previously, I, as well, don't mind it as long I am not affected by the smoke at all. If you're in any public place and you are smoking around people like me that hate it, then there is a problem. But if you're with your friends, or by yourself, and you're smoking, I really don't care.
I used to be very anti cigarettes, but I've realized, they're not so bad. If anything, I indirectly benefit from them as a matter of a fact. Here is why. A smoker will go to the store, and buy a pack of cigarettes. This action puts money into the economy, and gives the government money as well. More money = more jobs = greater GDP = the USA is moving up. And, when that smoker smokes the cigarettes, they are slowly, but surely gaining the risk of getting cancer, and killing them self with each puff. This smoker will thus take them self out of the gene pool sooner than the rest of us who don't smoke, thus, creating less competition out there in the work force, and just life in general.
I like to think of cigarettes as a "man made natural selection."
So, those of you who smoke, be my guest, and puff, puff, puff away.
