    Sleeping problems?

take ZMA (zinc magnesium aspartate), you can find it at many supplement and pharmacies. I sleep much better with it and feel fully relaxed when I wake up.

Many people require more sleep, I know people that are fine on four while others need a solid 10. Quit playing runescape and sleep properly, you should go to bed around 11 on schooldays.

    Sleeping problems?

I go to bed at around 11 pm and wake up around 6:30 am. I'm hella tired every day and often doze off at school. I try to make up for it at weekends as at weekends I normally go to bed around 12 and wake up at like 9, it doesn't work though. You should try and get around 8-9 hours sleep every night, not 6 one night and 10 another.

    Sleeping problems?

I suggest going to your local walmart or shopping center and buying some over the counter melatonin.
