I have this problem as well. It tends to "fix" itself after awhile though and I can start scrolling again. I use Chrome.

It's not a page specific either, as I browse pretty much anything/everything. I resolve it by just closing the site and reopening it. I use Chrome.

yep same. refreshing doesn't fix it, you have to actually close the tab and open a new one. and once it happens on a tab you can't get rid of it, it's like a disease.

Just found out this is a chrome issue, see link here: Google Groups

Hopefully they fix this soon

After looking through the bug report on it I read the following

The fix is in M58. Please update Chrome. Goto Help>About Chrome.

Do this and the problem should be fixed, I'm doing it as we speak!

I've noticed this too. Sometimes my ranks will look fine and sometimes itll look very blurry. Feels like I need glasses.

yeah 100% for me too. Very odd. Only notice on some members, others seem to be fine
