Single Player 2012 RSPS

I have a strange question and I feel like this is the best place to ask.

I really miss Summer 2012 RuneScape and would love to play it again and all I really enjoy is skilling, so I'm looking into creating my own PS that is basically just a copy of that version of RS. I would have no interest in playing with other people and would host it locally so I guess the term "Server" wouldn't really apply here, but I'll refer to it as an RSPS for simplicity.

Essentially, I would want a local copy of June-Aug 2012 RS with nothing custom added and the game working as normal as possible.

Is this practical? Possible? How would I go about doing this?
