In the past my appeals have not been taken seriously and have been considered somewhat of a joke. I would like to take this opportunity to tell the entire truth of the matter and to give the details that are needed. Please read carefully and consider supporting my high Pardon.
I will begin my story from the trade with BlitzMe.
I was selling upgrades(something that I have done many times before in the past) when I came into contact with BlitzMe via msn. We talked for a few minutes and he found my vouches sufficient to go first to me. We agreed to meet in lumbridge world 5 and he then traded me 10M. He gave me his user details. I told him that I would apply the upgrade in a minute and restarted my computer due to it messing up. When I came back on 3-4 minutes the user was offline. I send him and email about the situation and wrote him a quick message on skype. I then checked the report a scammer section and did not see a scam report and his sythe account was offline. I then decided that he would contact me eventually and didn't put another thought into the matter.
Next, I logged in a day or two later to see that I had been banned. I hopped on a proxy to check out the link that was supplied of the report and looked over the evidence. I then posted a ban dispute only to have it denied. I can understand this because I didn't make a big effort to contact the user other then a few quick messages / I didn't think it necessary to notify a moderator at the time because there was no scam report that I had seen. I was so upset that it was denied that I quit sythe for a few days altogether.
When I came back I wrote an appeal that did not see any activity for a few days.
This is when I decided to make the HORRIBLE decision to ban evade. I thought the situation was hopeless and I felt like at least having some kind of account on sythe was better then none at all. I created the account "Lord Victor" and stayed fairly active on it. I sent 4-5 scam reports in and helped countless users while I was using that account. I even successfully completed a trade with dorianking for 33M runescape gold via paypal.
I then asked a friend to message rsprod asking for his support on my high pardon(for sheba888) and he said that I should post proof of repayment. Obviously at that point I had not reimbursed the user and was unable to post. Then sin666 locked the thread and it was archived.
Today my account "Lord Victor" was banned for evading and I had an extremely emotional response. I straight up denied it multiple times and typed up multiple bullshit comments hoping that somehow I would be unbanned.
This is when I contacted Karl and began to talk to him about the situation on msn. At first I denied the entire thing telling him "oh please help poor me" and basically denying the ban evading. He told me that I might as well be honest with him as he would respect me a lot more. I almost broke down in real life right then. I knew that what I was doing was wrong and against the rules and I followed to a full confession. He tried to help me find chat logs of the conversation but we were looking on Lord Victors msn when we should have been looking on Sheba888's. I checked for chat logs on there also but there are none.
After my talk with Karl I decided that the best thing would be to just come clean and submit a much more detailed and truthful high pardon and hope that someone would be kind enough to support me even after all my mistakes. I realize now that although my intent was innocent the ban evasion is against the rules and there were other ways to deal with the situation. I have come full circle in this whole situation realizing how much I actually do value sythe as a community and how much I would miss spending my free time here. I learned how much easier it is to just tell the truth in the first place instead of freaking out and posting things that I didn't really mean. I feel like even in this short time I have matured as a human being as well.
As a sythe user I have accumulated 21 vouches / made 900 posts / made many friends / wrote detailed and accurate reports/ and ran multiple successful services.
Last of all, I wish to apologize especially to FireZ and Sin666 for the trouble I have caused them and the time that I have wasted. I respect the way you run these forums and I hope that someday - if not now -I will be accepted back into the sythe community. (even if that should include a market ban).
Most of all I want to express my apologies for the mistakes that I have made and now - even if its too late - take full responsibility for them. I want to emphasize my role in the community and my desire to be part of sythe again. I hope that you can see that I am sincere and find it in your hearts to forgive me for the harm that I have caused. I am a changed man.
Sincerely,
Sheba888
