Keep the ad, Just don't give them a rank and such. When people say they scammed them 99% of them don't have proof. There just trying to score some "phr33 GPZ" I've used them before twice and I got what I wanted. Took a little longer then they said but I still got it. I think other gold/training sites would be better then gold4rs though

 

I have dealt with Gold4rs several times. None of them have gone smoothly. 1) I had them do agility to 70...it took 5x as long as they stated...2) I had them do defense to 92...I got banned. Javen PMed me and messaged on the boards saying, " I asked what you wanted as a refund." I answered NUMEROUS times but he would never respond back. I have multiple pictures for proof...Sythe, even you said in a previous post you would look into it, and you said that Javen was going to refund me...I never saw any of it.

Now for the people that say keep them...it's the buyers fault for getting scammed. Gold4rs has offered a service and promised if you are banned you will be given the same account back. I have never seen anyone get another account. They say they don't macro yet my account was banned for macroing while they had control of it...it's the buyers fault for trusting what they say? And I am talking back when Gold4rs was first put on Sythe before their section was overrun with all the bad feedback. If that's the case, i'll go to walmart.com and buy something but if walmart keeps my money and never delivered my goods...thats my fault?

I understand it takes money to run this site...i've tried donating to help, but I never get any messages back as to where to send the $$. Keep their banner at the top for advertisement, but for the love of God, take their section away. It's full of scammer complaints as it is... By them having a section, to me, that is Sythe sponsoring them and saying that they are trusted.

Thank-you. It has affected me aswell as several others and I would like to express my appreciation in not allowing this to go on anymore. I trusted them because I like Sythe and I respect this website for what it does for gamers. They totally took advantage of that fact

They won't have any intention to scam, they are still very well known throughout the community. For people that had a good experience with Gold4Rs word of mouth advertising is very powerful. They may well be suffering a huge blow with the loss of an 130k clientele list but this is what just needs to happen. In the business aspect I am sure they will realize just how badly their poor service has costed them.

IMO what they should do to gain their respect and status back should be at least these things:

1) Allow expansion in the company for more lingual and fluent people in foreign languages,
2) Stop reading/writing from a script, lord knows they must do this as it has been proven before,
3) FEEL the customer. Know his concerns, ask for suggestions, and figure out how to make his/her experience more pleasant next time, (if at all, at some point.)
4) Stop paying so low for accounts that people have spent their hard earned time (or in my case, computer power) on.
5) Supervision/management should be instated. This way, if a customer has a legitimate concern that cannot otherwise be approved by an operator, management should be available at all times to address concerns of customer. I have had numerous times where the operator told me "com back 4hrs, boss here then" or something to that extent. It is extremely frustrating when you waited 18 days for payment when you should of gotten it in 14 or sooner.

I think just these things alone (even though these are huge steps) would drastically improve Gold4Rs's reputation and respect throughout the cheating community.

I have known Javen for a very long time, and have helped him alot with G4RS which I as he would agree. I should not speak about.

In any case.. There is alot more out there which we can be supported by, honestly Sythe. I think considering what RuneScape (Jagex) is doing. Possibly opening up and having a bigger variety and what this site is based on other than just RuneScape.

If you do that, I will be more than welcome to stay and help with that. (I.E: STEAM(Valve) etc..) I have alot that this site can open up to for not only a bigger community, but a bigger variety of things for individuals as there IS just more than RuneScape. I do understand that you do have more than just RuneScape here, but opening up what you do have and possibly adding more such as the exmaple and havign it based on all it than just one thing.

Considering this is a cheating site. I can bring alot to the table and what to open it up more to, and even do everything within what is opening up, and the things I can suggest opening up, which if you like we can speak over MSN about or PM.

It's totally up to you, but I believe it will be a great idea. Even for STEAM(Valve) I can bring a HELL OF ALOT for that, but there is alot of other things.

Now the petty ass games such as in the "Other Games section" such as NeoPets, MapleStory" that bullshit can stay there. No disrespect, but Honestly? That is nothing to open up in.
