Should we keep the gold4rs partnership

I don't see why not, if it brings in money for the site then there is no problem. Just because little 12 year old kids say they got "scammed" and publicly make fun of the workers and their race does not mean it should be removed. However I do think we should have a little diversity with the ads that are displayed and show other ads as well.

 

If we do not find another person to take place of the ad that pays about the same amount then I'll say keep them.

several ranked, and highly respected members have been scammed by them. It seems odd since it's easier to steal candy from a baby.

I honestly think m5city has done a fine job on this site, they may know little about runescape outside of their services but their player feedback has been consistently good.

They must be paying a lot... but i'm sure you can find someone to replace them.

 

I think the forum partnership was problematic; I see nothing wrong with them buying ads, though. When they had a section and ranks, people took it as an endorsement of their services; with an ad, the separation is better understood.

 

Yea M5City is win. But less money for Sythe so either way.

Honestly, I don't see what is so bad about these guys I just finished this about 5 minutes ago. :S

 

I don't think they should have ads here. I honestly think it's worth finding another sponsor than having honest members of this community scammed. It's unacceptable, plain and simple.

Honestly, you're getting money for this server, so I voted keep them. Yes, they're poorly organized and it takes forever to get anywhere with them, but even so, they still are paying quite a bit. Letting a site advertise here is not the same as endorsing the site, so, as long as the site is merely advertised- but not endorsed- I'm fine with it. After all, those ads are a lot nicer to see then the ones that are like "Find a Single Man/Woman in Your Area"

I voted no, for reasons I've discussed with you Sythe. There are many alternative companies that I'm sure would be willing to replace them, that offer better services and such.

 

I have to say no. Judging by feedback I've seen, they don't offer very good services, and I'm sure you can find a respectable site that wishes to advertise.

 

I say you guys get it the hell out they dont pay people enough for there accounts for what they sell them for they get tonnssss of bad feedback. I mean even if half those kids were just trying to get attentions i mean i hear it so much that it sucks not all of the bad feedback is fake. Even if it is money dont have sythe bring traffic and money to a bad website like Gold4Rs. Im sorry just my opinion. Oh and also if you guys get sooo much money for them BUY A NEW HOST SYTHE! Just a suggestion
