    I'm still a firm NO.

    Should human cloning be allowed?

I'm only on page 3, but so far it hasn't been touched that there are other viable types of embryonic stem cells such as the cells that come from umbilical cords and now there is sufficient technology to harvest stem cells from other sources such as a baby's tooth and what not.

i think it shoudl be allowed but if either the person cloned or the clone gets in legal trouble both should be punished

Cloning organs is okay. But cloning humans is kinda scary if they do that. Ever seen the movie attack off the clones!?

Lol jk. But i just kinda hate people who ruin for the rest off the world just for fighting for their "religion" even tho you all know the word religion means Lie to trust in.

Knowing humans, if cloning was allowed it would be abused.

Its not like they would be the same person. They just have the same genes. Should a murderer's identical twin be punished without doing anything?

I haven't really read through this (know that I can be a lazy fucker) but can clones reproduce? Someone mentioned on the first page and that was the first I'd ever heard/read anything like that.

The cloning of humans would be a brilliant idea. That idea in the wrong hands, however, would possibly turn into a conspiracy for the entire world to endure. Over populating the Earth would be a very serious accusation which would be proven true if human cloning were allowed. If controlled, I think that human cloning would be a great idea. I can already see tons of ways that human cloning could stop diseases from spreading and other things of that sort ..

I'm totally with the idea of cloning. Your right, it would help organ donors AND organ receivers, and it may be the way to end cancer.

But with every good thing, there has to be bads.... and i think this could stop us from achieving the cloning generation.

    1.Religious protesters

    2.Mutants

    3.Overpopulation

    4. Having to deny life to mutants....or let them co-exist

5.The majority of people would think of cloning as inhumane

So whenever congress decides to allow us to procede into this futuristic practice, I'll be ready, and happy at that.

    Should human cloning be allowed?

I just did a report on cloning. I don't think a clone would be considered life, since I only has code from the patient. A donors egg is stripped of genetic code, and then patient dna is injected into the egg. Then chemicals are used to force the cells to divide.

    HOWEVER:
    Overpopulation is already an issue.
And, not to be evil, it would pollute the gene pool. If people who should normally die are given life, their genes would be passed along, and their spawns may also develop the same defect, and earth would be full of cripples.
