    Should human cloning be allowed?

We haven't established that it's immoral.

And even if it was, do we care? Meat is immoral, but we don't care.

we should clone its a win-win situation. technically its for greater good and no religion can stop that as long as you still have respect and faith for your true lord. he is the one that technically makes us discover this (im catholic btw)

    not to mention..

2 of me up my gf is better than 1 :p

Or maybe I'm not even going to waste my time to reply to you, oh wait, I already did. That's 4 seconds of my life I can't get back.

Secondly, WhereIsTheGod, how does the Bible infer we shouldn't discover anything? Looking deeper into things which is what science does, is a great thing, but simply because we know how to do something, doesn't mean we should.

Lastly, this has gotten EXTREMELY off topic.

How are you not understanding the concept here, i said that OTHER PEOPLE AS IN A SLECT FEW GROUPS say that it is IMMORAL ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE THROWING IT WAY OUT OF PROPORTION you freaking moron. Like wtf i can't even comprehend how you haven't understood what i've been saying, seriously, i really can't even fathom a reason why. JUST BECAUSE A SELECT FEW INDIVIDUALS believe something on false grounds DOES NOT, I REPEAT DOES NOT MAKE IT IMMORAL. Tell me how is Cloning Tissue and Singular organs immoral and how have you gathered this oh so valuable intel. Please inform me why you think it is immoral if used for the general benefit of mankind when used in the correct methods.

    1. OBVIOUSLY you know nothing in these matters, you don't need embryonic stem cells for cloning You just need the Plasenta which contains all the required genetic information needed in order to perform cloning and is removed AFTER a baby is born
    2. AND you have no bacground in this area whatsoever seeing as if you clone an adults organ for an organ transplant the organ will die too quickly due the the Subject from which the organ is cloned has a shortened set of chromosomes due to the aging process which means that anything cloned off the subjects genetic information will either have problems with it or die too fast
    3. When i think of having a family and would most likely have sexual intercourse with my significant other to produce life, would i not be 'playing the hand of god', no wait...my significant other would be playing the hand of god so i guess i'm ok, phew....moron -.-

Please just stop posting what you think you know before actually saying something you think is smart with having no background on a subject whatsoever (aside from repetition of what others have said) and stop ridiculing what other people post just to make yourself feel a little better about what you think you know

    Should human cloning be allowed?

First, you obviously aren't understanding what I was saying. I was talking about cloning humans as a whole and the effects it would have would be immoral. I haven't said a single word to you about cloning single tissue or organs to be immoral. Maybe you should read a bit closer and take some of your own advice.

Secondly, I need more knowledge in the area? You haven't the slightest clue of my knowledge in any area, don't assume.

Thirdly, I'm not even going to bother to reply to the rest of it until you can take your immature remarks out of this thread. Calling me an idiot and a moron only prove how young and immature you actually are.

    Should human cloning be allowed?

So you're just gonna stay on the extreme side of the spectrum with the rest of the minority by throwing out examples which only show the downside of Cloning("I was talking about cloning humans as a whole"), wow what an amazing approach to a subject. I at least provide information for both sides of the arguement whilst you stay hard-headed with your extreme wrongness

And seeing as you're oh so mature, that should mean you Should bother reading the rest of the post, not reading it just proves that you have stooped to my level when looked at through your mindset but in actual fact aren't even in my vastly superior league. I'm sorry that you contradict yourself many times and can;t bring yourself to see it, truly i am

Oh i more than understand your knowledge in this area, basically non-existent.

All the examples you have given can MORE THAN EASILY be avoided for the Cloning you are exemplifying with the information i have provided yet you still want to argue about it.

Besides, who is ANYONE to be able to set the standards for what is moral and what is immoral, everyone has their flaws so just because a minority or a majority has set the standard for what is moral and immoral noes not, in fact, mean it shoud apply to everyone.

I really could care less about your opinion of me, you are entitled to it and no matter how wrong it is i have no authority to question it. But when you're wrong about facts and are displaying them in an absurd matter and i see it, i will more than willingly jump in to show you the error in your ways

    Should human cloning be allowed?

If I have apparently stooped to your level, does that mean I can now call you an idiot? Anyways, moving on, for the last time, read the words that I am posting and stop assuming. The past few posts about what I said would be immoral are about cloning humans as a whole, I WAS ARGUING ONE POINT OF THE ENTIRE DISCUSSION AS SOMEONE BROUGHT IT UP. I am not on the extreme side, I was simply commenting on one area rather than on everything at once.

I have never said it would be immoral to clone single tissue cells or anything of the like, you take my wording out of context.

I haven't even argued anything about what you have been talking about yet you say I have no knowledge and that I am on the extreme side of things? I was replying to ONE post, not the argument as a whole, how many times must I say that?

Now, instead of attempting to insult me, how about you use your *knowledge in your vast superior league* and argue the topic.

    Should human cloning be allowed?

I believe i said when looked at through your mindset, you really don't understand anything i say do you? Then you supposedly counter whatever i say by how you have interpretted it which is so far, the wrong way. Why do i even bother replying back to these mindless not even half-thought out responses of yours? Maybe i do it in hopes of seeing you improve and say something at least half decent, that little glimmer of hope in the darkness, but as of yet, it is hopeless.

And seeing as you've been stressing this one little point of yours about immoralness and stuff like that, many times, yet you say you only argued it once.

Rofl me insult you? you insult yourself by what you post, no need for me to jump in. All i simply do is point out the main facts. Actually the closest i've come to forwardly insulting you is calling you a moron.

Now i don't expect you to understand this post (like all the rest you have so easily misunderstood) you'll probably gather another farfetched concept which is completely off basis from what i've typed (as usual -.-, yet again)

Now why don't we end this little feud of ours? But if you feel the urge to continue it, i understand, and that's fine by me by all means.

What stops the clone form sending u to wars, and making u do the work. How coudl u control these 'clones' when they are the same as you. They feel the same as you. I say cloning is bad. Population crisis. Unless it can be done methodologically and be controlled, it should not be done

Of course it should be allowed, just as stem cell research should be aswell. Religion brainwashed people of power.

    Should human cloning be allowed?

Cloning is what sets us past the will of god himself
the ability to create life is supposed to be help by only one induvidual. The almighty himself
Though there are benifets, the will of god should be left alone.

It depends on your religion. You're either playing god, or you're helping reincarnation happen quicker.

Oops it seems as though i failed to notice this little remark you made -.-, and wth were you talking about, we were more than on topic with the discussion that took place between us. I provided very very safe proven alternatives to how you viewed cloning would be done so that instead of the wrong side being given to make it look bad, the correct method was shown for all to see for a better speculation. So i guess you become confuzzled quite easily o.0

Bah, i'm ready to be amused again, post away!

    Should human cloning be allowed?

I feel destroying live embryos is sinful and immoral. It should not be done, especially when someone's own tissue can be used to produce almost the same result and can lead to bad things. So my answer would be no human cloning should not be allowed.
