Shortpersonbk requesting information

I am in no position to ask for a pardon currently, but i can't seem to find my thread where i was reported to be banned so that I can get the information to make things right. I can't really search the site without making a account, and i don't want to get in trouble for ban evading which would only further lower my chances. I have tried to add quite a few mods/admins on skype and ask but none have replied or accepted it. So anyways if a mod or someone could find it and throw it on here so that i can make contact with the person that would be very helpful.
