Serious Canker Sores

I'm looking for some serious answers on this thread for why am getting so many canker sores every time they go away. It's been like 3-4 months i've been having them, after one canker sore goes away and the other comes in a different area in my mouth. Im talking about 1 canker sore at a time not mutiple canker sores at once, that would be a pain in the ass. I have very good oral hygiene since I don't know why i'm always getting these now. I never had a streak of 1-2 months of complete no canker sore ever since the past 3-4 months starting.

 

I used to be the exact same, one every 3 weeks to a month, but I've figured out a couple ways to kill/prevent them:

To kill:
-Rinse mouth out with salt & water (lots of salt, at least a 1:8 ratio, 1 being salt)
-Buy cream made for eleminating them (the one I got was called "Evasporin" or something, but there are a ton)

To prevent:
-Vitamin C tablets + acidic drinks (OJ, etc) and such will kill any bugs in their early stages
-Brush your tongue + use mouth wash after every regular teeth brushing

 

I went to the dentist for a regular check up and asked him why I was getting them. He told me the main cause of them is Ketchup and Hot sauce. So I would advise staying away from those products.

 

I use a homemade toothpaste based on bicarb. Ever since I've been using it: never had an ulcer, and if my mouth has been cut on the inside, never been infected.

 

Salt Water, DONT SWALLOW!
And Fish oil, then just brush your teeth and use mouthwash.
Should be good!

 

Sounds nuts, but my son had the same and he turned out to be a little allergic to certain acids, like the ones in ketchup, pizza tomato sauce and any candy which are marketed as being Sour.

 

I use neospirn. Works like a charm. Kinda gross tasting but its cheap and it works.
