Send and receive money online?

Today i signed up for paypal and noticed that i have to have a credit card to actually use the money i have in my account.

I was wondering if there is any kind of website where you can send/receive/spend money online without actually having a bank account/credit card.

I do not think you need to have a credit card of bank account hooked up. In order for you to get money some one has to send it to you. If I am wrong then sorry. Paypal is a very trusted site so giving them your credit card or bank account info is safe as long as your password is good.

To make a paypal account you do not need a credit card.
To receive money you do not need a credit card.
To actually use the money in paypal (Buy stuff online ect) You do need a credit card.

I know paypal is a trusted site, if i had a credit card, i wouldnt be posting

Most sites that accept paypal want the account to be verified, that means that the account must be hooked up to some money source.

i know that, my question is, is there any other website/way that will let you send/receive money online without a creditcard.

I googled it, couldnt find anything, so there might not be a way, im just making sure.
