Say you bought a 115 with no-black marks at all, then you refer to them about me. Do they check I P addresses from where the account last logged in?

So... the main point is.... I live In Manchester, and the guy who sold me the account lives in Canada.... Would Jagex Check the I P addresses of both of us... and would it ban me?

Or I send them a letter telling them I moved to a different part of the world and that's why the I P changed, or can you do that?

P.S, Say If like 2 other mods recommended me, would that be an automatic modship?
