Well obviously there would be things posted in the player moderator forums that you wouldn't be able to see, aswell as discord channel & I could even ask for certain information and possibly get it, as I have a direct line of contact with Jmods

Depends on what you want I could recommend you to be a P-Mod, which will make Jagex look into you as a person, which they might not have done before & Although it's not a definate, it's a significantly higher chance, if a chance at all. - There are obviously other things I could do, it depends on what you want .
