Selling LvL 82! Main/PK'r

Hello, I am in need of RSGP for possibly creating a new account. The account above IS perm muted. Although it is perm muted it is STILL a hell of an account (to me.) It's my first account ever created on RS. It has NEVER been a member therefore making the trade smoother. It has no recovs nor bank pin (nothing in the bank.) I will use a mm if you would like although...I cant pay for it. Here are the pics.
