Banned accounts

[B-dawg]

Now i've heard so many people saying that you pretty much can't get off from bans because jagex are asses. Now this may be true for last chance appeals but i had a perm muted (emphasis on the word PERM) and a mod decided to unmute me because i had been muted for a year, Of course i was grateful but i did think it was a little wierd. Anways here's the proof. THANKS FOR THIS JAGEX

EDIT: And probably the funniest bit is that i wasn't even trying to get unmuted and this might work for people who are muted or perm muted, so don't pay money to get it done. I was just asking them if they could make a badge as i was perm muted and didn't want to be talked to, and they told me to have a rant in the forums. i said i cant as im muted and hey presto they unmuted me (see above) anyways try that.
