Yes, you can get 9 hp accounts. THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT WORTH 2M.. YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO GET 90 MORE HP LVLS, RATHER THAN 89.

9 HP accounts are Ooooold... Once you transfer from a RSC account to a brand new RS2 account, the HP lvl is 9. This is no glitch, so if you are thinking of putting it in the glitches section, ITS NOT.
In RSC, you started with 1000 HP xp. In RS2, you started with 1154 HP xp. 1000 xp in RS2 is lvl 9, so this account is NOT worth buying.

And yes, sorry for spamming your thread, but I think it's good to let people know that this lvl 3 is not worth 2M..
