Impossible! There are several accounts with 9 HP yes, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get 27 magic levels without leveleing up a single hitpoints level. This is absurd. Sythe staff, please take the right action against this scammer.

like 15 wind strike's = 3 magic.(Can get without gaining to 10hp.)
Curse/Confuse - Don't give hp xp.

= 27 magic without a hp lvl.

This account is not fake/edit.
Accounts from runescape classic have 9 HP to start out with.
It is not hard to use curse/confuse spells to get magic up.
IT DOESNT RAISE HP.

donno if the pic is edited, but its POSSIBLE to have a char with those stats, u actually could have an char with stats 1 1 1 9hp and 99 magic...
Mage/range gave no hp xp in classic. pfft
and when the char went from rsc->rs it lost 1 hp lvl if it hadn't gained any hp xp.
