Selling a SOULSPLIT PARTYHAT | RSGP ONLY

[Josh Gp]

The Title says it all, I am selling a Soulsplit Partyhat. I am only considering offers 350m and above. Do not try to discuss anything lower. 1 week ago, when Pim put White Partyhat's into the donation for 1 DAY they were $300. I can confirm, My Partyhat is NOT A WHITE, so it holds it's value.

For those who don't know, phats are 60-65B soulsplit.
That's normally atleast 600m runescape cash, so this price is CHEAP.
