Screenshots as needed for my case- jackatire

So ive done some MAJOR research on all of my emails/skype/sythe posts.

What I believe happened here, was I was a victim of this here.

On 12/24/15 I awoke To multiple skype messages being sent by a character named "Derrick.org" Or Derrick on sythe.
"[12/24/2015 1:36:12 PM] *** Derrick would like to add you on Skype

So this Derrick character, Apparently already knew I was hacked, reported my account for a ban. (Because of the post the hacker made on my account on 12/24/15 @ 8:33PM Sythe time
buying dmm gold...

For starters, someone please tell me why I would make a new sythe thread for BUYING DMM? (I independently farm DMM and SELL it. Not buy it, Just like I did on DarkScape (As stated in most of MY REAL posts ITS INDEPENDENTLY farmed, Not purchased.
Secondly, check how the hacker posted in all lowercase with no punctuation!
Third, The hacker had removed my "add on skype" button and the email/skype from my sig.
Fourth I have no idea how this "hacker" got into my account at all, I have had 2 step enabled ( as ive cleared my browser cookies and have had to verify email to even login)....

From what I know NOONE was harmed/scammed in this incident... Most of the people that have bought gold from me have my OFFICIAL skype added...

Not sure why none of this got looked at before. You guys know about this exploit. And i had two factor enabled so it should of never happened in the first place?

The hijacker was only able to make one post on my account and was only able to access it for (From what I know) about hour to an hour and a half.
After that time I was aware that something had happened, checked my emails and spam for sythe emails.. nothing. Then proceeded to change my password and email. I have full access to this account now (as it should be) and have updated info on it. As well as TRIPLE checked that two step is enabled..

Hmmm, Dont have a clue if the mods just wanted me gone (For whatever reason?) Maybe because I wasn't able to afford a 25$ sythe donation at the time.

My other thread has been sitting at the bottom of all the TWC/Ban appeals since the 28th. Everyone elses seems to have been replied to BUT mine.
I have posted here on my home IP with these screenshots and this information, And I still get nothing. If its a MOD issue could someone at least please state that? I really feel like im getting blacklisted here... And I never broke a single rule in the sythe forums? Ontop of that ive explained this situation.

I have done nothing but made this sythe website more appealing to customers as I have had over 40+ Successful trades with 0 problems.
And thats just 40 people that actually took the time to vouch, Not including all the successful trades that didnt vouch....

Any help would be awesome..... smh..

 

1 - i think a very important link in that thread you posted earlier is broken - can you get the proper link please?
2 - would be useful if you could explain the case concisely or link us to where that's done. walls of text are no fun

1- It is the second post on this thread relating to a "Vbulletin exploit" http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/announcements.html
2- Basically what happened in a nutshell, is account got hijacked- forwhatever reason. Someone notified me on skype, I checked. Password was changed and account was logged in sythe. I continued to change password and try to log and by then it had already been banned.

While I'm inclined to believe your first part of the story - you claim you were 2FA'd and yet were still compromised. So either A) you have terrible security and used your backup code regularly (and it got out somehow) or B) the whole system was exploited (which was not the case, only passwords. 2FA was never affected.) and somehow lost access.

@Ardy Well then I suppose 2FA WAS NOT enbabled.
But there was some "other" security feature on my account that would make me check my email for a confirmation. So maybe it wasnt 2FA But I thought it was 2fa. Sorry for that.

Also I have ran multiple scans after this incident with no viruses/malware ect.
