Haha I like the suggestion of "the naked guy" (Dr. Manhattan) in Watchmen, but I dunno if you're up for full frontal nudity. I think MJ is actually the best suggestion so far. You could be Michael Phelps. Wear a speedo or a racing suit, some fake gold medals (somewhat controversial to the dress code already), and maybe a fake joint or bong?

 

Couple of guys were Adam and Steve at my school. Dressed up in skin colored suits with little leaves over their crotches and name tags.

He is a senior, he doesn't want a costume that is childish, which Steve Urkel would appear to be. He wants something mature, but not mature enough that its not appropriate for school.
