    Explanation of the trade: I was in the "World Trade Center" Discord Channel and was looking to purchase some Ikov, ShingenxX pmed me at 12:35 pm EST asking if i was interested in buying 25b. I was at work at the time and told him i would be home in 3-4 hours. I finally got home from work at 3:23 pm EST and I contacted him so i could purchase the 25b. He was orignally trying to sell it to me for 14m/b, but i got him to drop it down to 10m/b as I was purchasing in bulk. We continued with the conversation and I was going through with the transaction. Told him I was ready to purchase, but i was just waiting for the 07gp (250m) so I could trade it to him for the 25b. He proceeded to tell me to meet me at world 452, north fountain lumbridge on 07 with his RSN being: Jimmeynwew1. Also told me to meet him on ikov at the duel arena. I then traded him to make the transaction. Went through both trades screens and then he says on discord "I'm a impooster LOLOLOL LATER BIATCHH" and blocked me.

    User has been banned for a 6 months for scamming 250m 07 + creating sythe profile on a proxy presumably for the sole purpose of scamming.

    User will remain DNT and will need to Request a Pardon.
