Explanation of the trade: Alastor was originally a part of GetTaxed's discord. We maintained a good relationship while that server was active, and afterwards for sometime. While GetTaxed's discord was still in service, I paid for an aerial fishing service (85-99). It was disclosed to me by Alastor that payment for this service was received by Alastor prior to the exit scam of GetTaxed (see screenshot).

When the Fishing service started, I was dissatisfied at the end of one week (slow, lack of progress photos, asked to switch from aerial fishing to driftnet, complained about driftnet and asked to switch to barb fishing) I made a deal with Alastor, after he admitted that he doesn't play OSRS as much as he used to and this is not a priority of his. I proposed that for the 1m of experience he gained on the account, I would let him keep 120m of the 320m he was paid (400m was paid for the service, 80m was kept by GetTaxed).

He agreed, but asked me if he could have a 1 month grace period to pay me back due to him playing OSRS less. To this I agreed (on 5/22/23). On 6/09/23 Alastor reached out to me on discord and asked if he could pay the 200m debt with crypto because he didn't have access to 200m gold. To which I replied yes, but the total paid after fees must be equivalent to 200m gold. He ignored my response.

Today, 6/22/23, the day the 200m repayment was due, he messages me on discord and says

"Hey buddy, good day. I know we agreed that today would be the day for the refund to be processed. The thing is, I'm not obligated to return money for a service that was being completed and that you suddenly decided to cancel due to a misunderstanding of 150k XP. I truly regret what happened to you with Spectacular Deliveries and even with Taxed. That being said, I want you to know that I won't refund the money, not because I'm trying to scam you, but because I'm willing to work to fulfill what was paid for in December.
So whenever you want, I can continue with the fishing and hunter"

I do not want the service to be completed. That's the entire reason we've ended up here. Alastor agreed that 200m would be repaid by today, and also implicitly understood that a debt is owed by offering an alternative method to pay it off (crypto)

I let him know a sythe report would be filed, and here we are. Attached are screenshots of our discord conversation that confirms all of this. Please let me know if any additional information is needed @Mod
