Scammer's profile link: I Am Authentic

Explanation of trade: I was buying 10b ikov gold for paypal, I sent him 60 dollars through friends and family then he told me it did not go through and he refunded me it, he then said he got an account that is verified and will work so he linked me his new paypal email to send the money to and I sent him it and he did not respond then logged off.

How they scammed: The scammer took my money and did not give me 10b ikov gold.
